Ruellia villanovensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Bahia). Nama ilmiah Ruellia villanovensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Luigi Aloysius Colla pada tahun 1835.
