Rumex ephedroides merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Iran selatan. Nama ilmiah Rumex ephedroides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Friedrich Nicolaus Bornmüller pada tahun 1909.
