Rumex mexicanus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari New Mexico hingga Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Rumex mexicanus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1856.
