Rumex mexicanus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari New Mexico hingga Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Rumex mexicanus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1856.
