Rumex obtusifolius subsp. subalpinus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa timur-tengah hingga Iran utara. Nama ilmiah Rumex obtusifolius subsp. subalpinus diperkenalkan oleh Philipp Johann Ferdinand Schur pada tahun 1871.
