Rungia hirpex adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Yunnan timur laut). Nama ilmiah Rungia hirpex pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Raymond Benoist pada tahun 1930.
