Ruppia bicarpa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Ruppiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Ruppia bicarpa pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2015.
