Ruprechtia brachystachya adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guyana hingga Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Ruprechtia brachystachya pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1845.
