Ruschia foliosa merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Ruschia foliosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adrian Hardy Haworth pada tahun 1927.
