Russelia purpusii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas). Nama ilmiah Russelia purpusii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1913.
