Ryania canescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia hingga Brazil bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Ryania canescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama August Wilhelm Eichler pada tahun 1871.
