Rytidosperma setifolium merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Selandia Baru (termasuk Pulau Stewart). Nama ilmiah Rytidosperma setifolium pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1979.
