Salix arctica subsp. torulosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau semak dari famili Salicaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Siberia selatan, Kazakhstan, Xinjiang.
