Salix repens merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eropa. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan creeping willow. Nama ilmiah Salix repens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
