Salpichroa microphylla merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Salpichroa microphylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Michel Félix Dunal pada tahun 1993.
