Salvia praeterita adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Rep. Dominika. Nama ilmiah Salvia praeterita diperkenalkan oleh Carl Clawson Epling pada tahun 1939.
