Salvia sonomensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan creeping sage. Nama ilmiah Salvia sonomensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1892.
