Santiria obovata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Burseraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Santiria obovata diperkenalkan oleh Jean Baptiste Louis Pierre pada tahun 1932.
