Sapphoa ekmanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba timur. Nama ilmiah Sapphoa ekmanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Attila Borhidi pada tahun 1983.
