Sasa subglabra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Hong Kong). Nama ilmiah Sasa subglabra pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Floyd Alonzo McClure pada tahun 1940.
