Saussurea mutabilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Gansu, Shaanxi selatan). Nama ilmiah Saussurea mutabilis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels pada tahun 1905.
