Saxifraga exarata subsp. basaltica merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Polandia barat daya. Nama ilmiah Saxifraga exarata subsp. basaltica diperkenalkan oleh Josias Braun-Blanquet pada tahun 1999.
