Saxifraga exarata subsp. carniolica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Alpen tenggara. Nama ilmiah Saxifraga exarata subsp. carniolica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rupert Huter pada tahun 1999.
