Saxifraga italica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Italia (Appennini tengah). Nama ilmiah Saxifraga italica diperkenalkan oleh David Allardice Webb pada tahun 1963.
