Saxifraga moschata subsp. kotulae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Carpathians barat. Nama ilmiah Saxifraga moschata subsp. kotulae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1953.
