Scabiosa buekiana merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Scabiosa buekiana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Christian Friedrich Ecklon pada tahun 1837.
