Scaevola platyphylla merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Goodeniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia Barat bagian barat-barat-daya. Nama ilmiah Scaevola platyphylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Lindley pada tahun 1839.
