Schaueria calytricha merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Schaueria calytricha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christoph Friedrich Otto pada tahun 1848.
