Schiedea obovata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Oahu). Nama ilmiah Schiedea obovata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Earl Edward Sherff pada tahun 2005.
