Schiedea stellarioides merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Kauai). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan lau lihilihi. Nama ilmiah Schiedea stellarioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Horace Mann Jr. pada tahun 1866.
