Schizoglossum bidens subsp. hirtum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape timur hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Schizoglossum bidens subsp. hirtum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Frances Kristina Kupicha pada tahun 1984.
