Schizostachyum alopecurus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Schizostachyum alopecurus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Otto Stapf pada tahun 1967.
