Schoenus compar adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Schoenus compar pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1771.
