Schoepfia schreberi merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Schoepfiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan, Venezuela, Florida, hingga Karibia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan gulf graytwig. Nama ilmiah Schoepfia schreberi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Friedrich Gmelin pada tahun 1791.
