Schumanniophyton problematicum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Liberia hingga Ghana. Nama ilmiah Schumanniophyton problematicum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Auguste Jean Baptiste Chevalier pada tahun 1959.
