Sciaphila atra merupakan tumbuhan holomikotrofik dari famili Triuridaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Sciaphila atra pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
