Scleria biflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Asia tropis dan subtropis. Di Indonesia tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama ilat lalab (Jawa). Nama ilmiah Scleria biflora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Roxburgh pada tahun 1832.
