Scleria ciliata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fringed nutrush. Nama ilmiah Scleria ciliata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama André Michaux pada tahun 1803.
