Scleria monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Sierra Leone. Nama ilmiah Scleria monticola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernest Nelmes pada tahun 1971.
