Sclerocactus mariposensis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering. Nama ilmiah Sclerocactus mariposensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jay Pinckney Hester pada tahun 1987.
