Sclerocroton melanostictus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Sclerocroton melanostictus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Henri Ernest Baillon pada tahun 1996.
