Scolopia lucida merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Myanmar selatan hingga Semenanjung Thailand. Nama ilmiah Scolopia lucida diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nathaniel Wallich pada tahun 1877.
