Scyphostelma ruizteranii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Scyphostelma ruizteranii diperkenalkan oleh Gilberto N. Morillo pada tahun 2013.
