Sedum mucizonia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen yang tumbuh semusim dari famili Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Semenanjung Iberia. Nama ilmiah Sedum mucizonia diperkenalkan oleh Casimiro Gómez Ortega pada tahun 1929.
