Sedum pacense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Guanajuato). Nama ilmiah Sedum pacense mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2003.
