Sedum pososepalum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (San Luis Potosí). Nama ilmiah Sedum pososepalum pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1936.
