Sedum xerophilum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Crassulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Sedum xerophilum pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021.
