Seidelia firmula merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia, Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Seidelia firmula diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama David Prain pada tahun 1914.
