Selaginella delicatissima merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Honduras. Nama ilmiah Selaginella delicatissima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1857.
