Selaginella erythropus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika, kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Selaginella erythropus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1840.
