Selaginella fissidentoides var. amphirrhizos adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Selaginellaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Komoro, Madagaskar (Sambirano). Nama ilmiah Selaginella fissidentoides var. amphirrhizos pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1996.
